The World Egg Throwing Federation

Egg Throwing has been a sport enjoyed by millions of people since early humans discovered the delight of watching a failure of another to catch a tossed egg. Nowadays egg throwing is a serious sport played all over the world.

For the second year in the row, winner of Enjoy England’s ‘Where else but…’ ‘Award for Excellence in England’!

The Federation supports family activity and participation through a global network of affiliate members hosting competitions all over the world. In doing so, we support a multitude of charities, both locally and internationally through ticket sales and corporate sponsorship.

Our aim is to develop sport egg throwing into a recognised activity, through participation and official status (Sport England application decision pending) to spread the use of sport egg throwing as a platform for physical and social excellence, along with fund raising events for charitable causes.
